It is a small, gas powered scooter. If the link doesn’t work for you, it is the kind that looks like a kick scooter. It is 49cc, but I’m not sure if this would last very long I also am not sure what to expect in terms of mechanical failure, frequency of flat tires, level of difficulty in changing / repairing flat tires, etc.

They are toys. Not dependable and not cheaply repaired when broken.

as long there is a large shoulder i would use it.. but be warned that scoter is hard to see.. you can be run up on and the person have no where to go.. in new jersey its unlawful to use something that cannot keep up with the speed limit.. ok
