Razor E300 Electric Scooter- I Can’t Get My Son Off His Razor E300!

by admin on June 30, 2010

I have to face it, my 13 year old son is addicted to his Razor E300 electric scooter! We gave it to him this Christmas as an attempt to get him to do something besides stare at his computer. We NEVER is a million years- thought we would be THIS successful.

Our son Chad has never been an “outdoors” kind of kid. We bought him a bike a few years back, and I think he rode it about 6 times. It finally ended up at Goodwill.

So, we had every right to feel like his Razor E300 electric scooter, would end up with a similar fate. Boy, were we wrong.

He is now the self appointed “coolest” kid in the neighborhood, as he “scoots” around the neighborhood with his matching “motorcycle” style helmet.

Unfortunately, the dogs in the “hood” don’t think he is so cool. They chase after him ALL the time! His scooter tops out at 15 mph, so he is pretty hard to catch.

He can ride the thing continuously for 45 minutes on a single charge, and MUCH longer if he stops alot. I have known him to ride most of an afternoon without having to re-charge. He generally re-charges it overnight.

He likes the fact that it is basically a “no brainer”to ride. All you really have to do is push a button to activate the motor, and thank Heavens it’s quiet!

Now he and his 2 buddies in the neighborhood ride together almost daily after school. They even have started doing tricks and jumping ramps. It is amazing how much fun those kids have.

The Razor E300 electric scooter can hold riders up to 220 lbs. Luckily, I weigh 185lbs, so I get to ride it too!

I can assure you that this time, this scooter will NEVER end up at Goodwill!

Also, we bought our Razor E300 electric scooter from a website that offers quality electric scooters at DIRT cheap prices! Check out our website NOW for insider’s tips on saving money for your electric scooter, and watch cool videos of the best electric scooters in action!
