my 19 yo son let a 12yo kid rides his motor scooter.
kid crashed into a car. and made dents and scratches on the car. is my son respondible for any of this please help i need good answers…. thanks

Your son should have known better then to let that kid ride that (I wouldn’t but him a car just yet with that kind of judgement ) I think he should be responsible at least for half of the damages and you are lucky if that kids family doesn’t sue you for the accident as well.
Responsibility is the question. If he didn’t let him drive it, would the accident have happened?. There was negligence on your son’s part for allowing an inexperienced driver to operate the scooter.
Let’s put it this way… if YOU let a 12 year old drive your car and he got into an accident, exactly who do think will be held responsible?
