The cops in Phx tell me that I cant ride my electric scooter. That the MVD wont register it. That I need insurance etc. Is that crap kuz i dont believe them?

you need to take your C.B.T and pay insurance and also display L plates the only thing you don’t pay is road tax being as its electric and therefore gives off no pollution.
in England that is anyway

It’s definitely going to be different from the UK to the USA
(I think the UK is probably trying to be more green). Whereas in the USA (depending on the state) the laws in many states try to discourage going electric (see how economics and politics just tie into everything? In anay case, you should be able to register anything, the STATE wants your money! I mean we all have to take our vehicles in for emissions tests, don ‘t we?
