Is there any way I can make an original Razor scooters handlebars higher? (add ons? Adjustments?) Oddly enough my father wants one and hes too tall… any help would be greatly aprreciated!

Tug on the lever on it’s rod like thingie.Tug in till it’s not totally gripped on.Then pull the part of the rod above the thing you tugged.Then close the thing on the rod intill very tight.
