Going to seem like a silly question I’m sure but here it goes. I have seen 2 seat mobility scooters around (remind me of mini gold carts some of them) and got me thinking; is a child allowed to ride in the passenger seat (its a bench seat) with the driver? If so, what about seat belts etc.?
Probably seems silly but I thought I would ask so it doesn’t annoy me 
And no I have not seen anyone do this yet but children have been on people’s laps for a quick lap to try it.

I would think it is ok and i would want to see them with seat belts on for safety sake.
