I have the handles already, but need to know how to slide them on since it is a very tight fit; and seems literally impossible. I have an average razor scooter and would like to upgrade the handles since the others were totally riping off from wear.

Cut them down the side put them on and then put duct tape over em.
If you have an air compressor you can put the nozzle inside the grip and turn it on and it will expand the grip and make it go on easier.
Use a air compressor and spray inside keep spraying and pull it off when you put it on spray any kind of hair spray in the grip so is decently wet(2 seconds) then put it on the use the air compressor to spray the inside clean.
