Homemade razor echo gas scooter sucks at uphill but my scooter has no problem and its on rev limiter too. If I take off rev limiter, fly’s like a bird lol.

its mounted outside and i can take it off but i dont want to blow up the engine and it costs $200 to replace it
how can you take of the rev limiter on a small engine??? O.o
