Electric Scooters can go up to 20 mph as per CA DMV Motorcycle Handbook. Electric bikes ca go out to 25 mph without pedaling.

The 325 has only 325 watts this one has 750 watts, do the math the schwinn has alot more power and torque.

i was wonderin gif u had any tips on installing the handlebars
i just got mine today
and i was wondering if i had to do anything else cuze i thightened it
but when i turn the handlebars the wheel wont turn with it
