this is just the coolest little cart i have used it to go to the gas station to fill up cans run to the store WOULD MAKE THE COOLEST GOLF CART and the kids just LOVE driving it ang taking you for a ride. Very unique and it has 5 foward gears and reverse all turn key turn throttle and hit the brakes etc it works great and really gets up and goes about 25mph ill bet easily check it out and make sure and call anytime with questions Nathan 406 544 6919

Hmmm. I know it’s legal for an electric wheelchair to use the streets in most states. See it all the time. I don’t see why this would be any different. Nice little ride.
Would it be a super fast electric cart if you were driving it and it got hit by a bolt of lightning?

@talldude123 Depends on your state and what exactly your gonna do with it if its a mobility scooter for the mall i would never dream it… on the road i think you would need blinker and brake lights in most states and to pay regestration if your going to operate it on a Public street etc. so check with your state i guess if your looking to operate it on the street
Does it require a driver’s license?
