IT is a kids scooter and I would check with the local DMV before I rode on the street. Around here they are illegal and the police will take them. Also you have to be of age to be able to ride on the street. If you have to be 15 to ride a scooter in your area then you will have to be 15 to ride one of those.
Actually, adults do ride on the x560. and on the road you most likely need a driver’s license. You can get a better electric scooter for the money at http://www.scootersnbikes.com . They also have place where you can look up the state laws concerning motor scooters and mopeds.
