Is that what the manual is calling for? I’d wager it’s a safe bet then. I’m not sure how advanced the battery charger is that came with it, but if I were in your shoes I’d probably spring for an automatic charger with float mode too. I know Schumacher makes one for bike batteries and you can get them at walmart fairly cheap. They have a setting for either 6, or 12 volt batteries.
