can 13 year old drive razor electric scooter on sidewalk?

I live in anaheim California and i was wondering if i could use my razor electric scooter on the sidewalk with my helmet??? Is it illegal?

Ya that would be against the law. But if you own a lot of land you can drive it on private property.

No. No motorized vehicles except wheelchairs or other “assistive devices”.

Its illegal you can only ride electric scooters you can only ride them on your property.

where ever you live sidewalks are not for motorized vehicles. Wheelchairs excluded. If you are just zipping up and down your street I doubt if your neighbors would cause too much fuss as long as you show some consideration.

It isn’t legal for anyone of any age to ride a scooter or even a bicycle on the sidewalk. So the real question is will the police in your neighborhood enforce the law or not.
